Face, Name and Shake Greetings Chart



As part of our "Vocational Skills" programme the Edgewater 3 students are learning how to greet their classmates.

Each morning we ... face, name and shake

We face the person.
We greet the person by name.
We shake their hand in a friendly way.

Soapbox Derby 2017 Drivers Wanted

This year’s race day is Sunday 2nd April to be held at Stonefields Avenue, Stonefields, Auckland. If we do well (and we usually do), we will go to the NZ Finals they will be held on Sunday 9th April at Brightside Road, Stanmore Bay.

We will have driver trials very soon to pick the team.  Have a go. Be part of our successful Sommerville Special School team. Be a driver or come along on the day and support your school.
