The Our Nation’s Children Movie Competition was open to intermediate school age students and held during Term One 2014. The theme was: The Treaty of Waitangi; what is the relevance of New Zealand’s founding document to all New Zealanders today?

With the support of Westpac, the three best movies each won a class trip to visit Waitangi and the Bay of Islands.

Entries were judged on the basis of movie visuals, audio, editing skills, story/script and overall effectiveness.
