Gym Workout - Bring your clothes


Edgewater 3 are enjoying our morning workouts at the Edgewater College Gym. 

We are doing warm up stretches, some cardio work and some resistance training using dumbells, kettlebells and the workout machines. 

Each time we workout we record how many sets of exercise repetitions we complete or how many minutes we have done the exercise for. 

Now that we have learnt how to use the equipment safely we are starting to increase the amount of "work" we do in the gym.
